By accessing and using LinkBetween's integrations (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

LinkBetween provides an integration service for users that seamlessly connect services.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by LinkBetween. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Service).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The design and content of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS or visual design elements without express written permission.

6. Modifications to the Service

LinkBetween reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

7. Termination

You agree that LinkBetween, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice and for any reason, including if LinkBetween believes that you have violated these Terms.

You expressly understand and agree that LinkBetween shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if LinkBetween has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
